Why is OneInbox discontinued?
OneInbox is discontinued due to low demand and high maintenance costs. Nonetheless, we will continue to enhance service delivery by channelling resources to other digital services which are useful and relevant to the needs of citizens.
What will happen to my digital letters that are currently stored in OneInbox?
You will need to download your digital letters or forward them to your preferred personal e-mail account by 7 Jun 2017.
How will I receive digital letters that I had subscribed to on OneInbox?
You will be automatically registered to receive hard copy letters from the respective Ministries/Statutory Boards, based on your registered address with the Ministries/Statutory Boards, from 8 Apr 2017.
Are there digital channels that I can use to receive Government letters electronically?
